Bob Wells, B2B CFO
Bob is a professional CFO, currently serving a variety of companies in different industries. Bob’s finance background extends over 35 years. At UBS he was a commercial banker to Fortune 500 companies for nearly 20 years. At Bank of America he was a banker to large commercial real estate developers. He has owned and operated his own business, served as full-time CFO of two private companies, helping one of them grow from $7 million to $68 million in revenues from 2010 to 2013. As CFO Bob has successfully established subsidiaries, instituted controls, consistently obtained clean audits, managed tax strategy, established meaningful management reporting, arranged domestic and international bank financing including EXIM financing, arranged performance bonding, and instituted FCPA and expatriate policies. Today, Bob supports business owners by helping them focus on what they do best, grow the business profitably, by helping them identify the key drivers of their business and ensure they have addressed their financial and administrative matters seamlessly and transparently. Bob also assists entrepreneurs with exit planning. He is a Certified Business Transition Expert®. Bob earned his MBA from University of Chicago. He works actively in Scouting, where he has focused on training. He serves the Rotary Club of Houston as Treasurer Elect. Bob is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
